Meet the Team

Aaron Wheeler

Principle

Aaron is an athlete turned executive coach. He takes his years of developing players to perform at their greatest under the most stressful moments and successfully molds it with the teachings of the top leadership thinker in the world (as voted by Thinkers 50).

He creates an open and comfortable space for all his clients. Aaron’s mantra is “coaching with a smile”, and he brings a light hearted and future focused approach to every meeting.

After a decade of working with high achieving C-suite executives to reach long-term change, one thing is certain, this may be simple but change is not easy. He promises to come to every meeting to serve as a guide to help you improve in the areas you have selected. And he requires you as an organization and/or individual  to promise something as well:

  • That you will have the courage needed to go public with your goals and hear the feedback/feedforward of your colleagues.
  • You will have humility to get a clear view of what you are doing and how you can best improve.
  • And finally, have the discipline to do the steps needed to create long-term change.
If you are looking for a coach that will help you to achieve real tangible results, keep you accountable, and will support you throughout the process, Aaron is the coach for you!
